The Doctor's Touch Outreach (TDTO) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower youth and families throughout North St. Louis by providing arts education, mental wellness, violence prevention, and community engagement programs that inspire hope and create lasting change. Through dance, vocal music, percussion, trauma-informed mental health support, conflict resolution, and family-centered programming, we create safe, nurturing environments where youth ages 5–24 can discover their talents, build confidence, strengthen emotional well-being, and develop the skills needed to succeed. Our mission is to cultivate stronger families, safer neighborhoods, and thriving communities—one child, one family, and one community at a time.

Our Purpose

Our work centers on healing and empowerment, offering culturally responsive mental wellness initiatives that build resilience, connection, and brighter futures. By addressing trauma and isolation with creativity and compassion, TDTO fills critical service gaps in low socio-economic neighborhoods.
