The Doctor's Touch Outreach
The Doctor’s Touch Outreach is dedicated to enriching the lives of youth in the St. Louis community through high-quality, accessible arts education. Over the next 12 months, our goal is to increase youth participation in our programs by 25% across the communities we serve. Through structured, evidence-based arts experiences, we aim to empower students ages 5–18 to strengthen their creative expression, improve academic outcomes, and enhance socio-emotional development. This mission aligns with our broader commitment to equity, education, and holistic youth development.
We are proud to share that our Spring Community Event on Saturday, June 21, 2025, was a tremendous success! The day was filled with creativity, unity, and joy as our dedicated staff and talented arts scholars delivered outstanding performances in both dance and music, beautifully showcasing their growth and hard work throughout the season.

In commemoration of Mental Health month, TDTO sponsored a Family Mental Wellness PD Session on Saturday May 31, 2025.

TDTO Spring Session started with our introductory virtual meeting! We are pleased to announce that the enrollment has increased from 26 to 41 scholars for our Spring Session! Classes started on Thursday April 10th!!!
