Our mission is to uplift youth and families in North St. Louis by providing accessible arts education, mental-health support, and positive community experiences. We exist to create safe spaces where youth ages 5-24 can express themselves, build confidence, strengthen emotional well-being, and discover the power of their creative gifts. Through trauma-informed programs in dance, music engineering, mental wellness, and family engagement, TDTO helps youth and families heal, grow, and thrive—one family at a time.

Our Purpose
The Doctor’s Touch Outreach (TDTO) is dedicated to supporting the mental and emotional well-being of youth and families across St. Louis through community-based, arts-infused programming. Our work centers on healing and empowerment, offering culturally responsive mental wellness initiatives that build resilience, connection, and brighter futures. By addressing trauma and isolation with creativity and compassion, TDTO fills critical service gaps in low socio-economic neighborhoods. We invite partners and funders to join us in expanding this essential work—because every person deserves a path to healing and hope.
